The MapOnShirt design tool uses data from OpenStreetMap (www.openstreetmap.org), which is continuosly updated and edited by its community members. You can join the OpenStreetMap community and update your location. We are updating our MapOnShirt map every 1-2 months.

To change the level of detail of your map, use the buttons  and in the upper-right corner. If the map still does not look as you expect, probably that means there is not enough data available from OpenStreetMap. In this case, please use a map of a larger area, e.g, your region, state or continent.

When you have created your own design or chosen an item from the ready-to-go designs, you can add it to the cart by pressing the "Buy" button and then the "Add to cart" button. You can add as many items as you like to the cart. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase, press the "Check Out" button in the cart. After the payment process is complete and you have received a confirmation email from us, we start to process your order: we make a printout, then put it on a fabric, cut & sew, pack it. This process can take from 2-6 days. Then we ship it to you. When the product is placed for shipping, you receive an email with shipping delivery tracking link. Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method (express or standard) and your location.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal payments.

We use the PayPal payment platform to process all payments. PayPal ensures security of your money transfers and offers buyer protection. Read more here

Prices are shown in EUR, USD or GBP inclusive of VAT tax. Shipping costs are added during the checkout process according to your delivery address. Any orders that are shipped to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees") which are not included in the order price you pay. The recipient of an international shipment is solely responsible for customs clearance and any additional charges.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you can return it within 30 days. In that event, you can choose to exchange it for a replacement item with the same design, or receive a discount on your next order, or get a refund for the substandard item (as long as you have not designed the product yourself, e.g. using colors other than those in the preset themes or creating product types other than standard MapOnShirt items: T-shirts, pillows, multifunctional headwears). Refund excludes shipping costs. To return the order, please contact our customer representative by email at info@maponshirt.com. You will receive answer within 8 hours on a weekday (Mon-Fri) or within 48 hours during the weekend (Sat, Sun). Note that returned product shall be delivered to us undamaged and in the original packaging.

It is possible to cancel your order before production has started: within 8 hours if you placed your order on a weekday (Mon - Fri) or within 20 hours if you placed your order at the weekend (Sat, Sun). You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been canceled.

Sublimation printing (also called all-over printing) is a dye-printing technique that makes it possible to display the full spectrum of colors in the design. It works like this: the submitted design is printed on a sheet of high-release paper and transferred onto the fabric using a high heat and pressure system. Heat converts the solid, printed dye particles into a gas (sublimation) and bonds them to the polyester fibers of the fabric (only 100% polyester). In comparison to screen printing and direct-to-garment digital prints, the dye is absorbed by the fabric allowing a more breathable, softer feel.

Your order processing can take 2-20 days (that includes production of the item (2-6 days) and delivery (which depends on how far are you located from us). When your order is shipped, you receive a notification email with a link where you can track your delivery.

It means that it doesn't matter how many products you order, the shipping fee for one cart will stay the same according to our shipping rates and your geographic region.

Yes, it is possible within 2 days of placing your order (while your order is still in the production stage). Please contact our customer support representative immediately by email at info@maponshirt.com. Once you have received the email with the delivery tracking link, we can not change the shipping address anymore.
